Krishna took helm of the company in April 2020 and has successfully navigated a pandemic and other challenges to capture successful results, including a 40 percent increase in revenue and the addition of 1.5 million new customers over the last two years.
In recent years, Northern Tool has also beefed-up its product inventory, from 40,000 items pre-Covid to more than 100,000 — spanning 60 categories that support the pros and serious DIY’ers who work in construction, landscaping, auto, electrical, welding and more. Krishna sees this deeper assortment as a key to keeping customers returning to Northern Tool.
