EPIC Track is a universal tracking solution that can perform simple check-in and check-out for any type of routine or special event. You can use the EPIC Track Mobile Web and/or EPIC Track App on your smartphone or handheld device to track from any location. EPIC Track Cloud Server provides the backbone of the solution, which can be easily deployed without any special server infrastructure for site access, and accessibility can be reported from almost any location.
The new features provided in version 2.2.8 include four new types of event tracking-counting threshold, countdown, event counting, and the new sub-list function in the pre-existing attendance check-in/check-out event tracking option-all with instant function data Captures and alarms are synchronized between multiple checkpoints. Each new feature supports new applications for event tracking in schools, companies, and other types of organizations, and these activities strengthen the sense of responsibility in their business activities.
The count threshold limits how many times a person can check in within a set time period. For example, the “count threshold” function can be used to track the daily meal expenses paid by students, attendees or employees. Once the user has reached the maximum number of meals, an alert will appear at check-in to notify the administrator that the user has reached the approved number of lunches.
“Countdown” sets the maximum number of visits allowed in a period of time, and counts down when people sign in. Once the administrator reaches the last allowed check-in within the countdown range, an alert will appear to notify them that this number has been exceeded. This event tracking feature can be used for prepaid passes that are allocated to individuals during a three-month season.
The “Event Count” can identify the location, limit the number of people that can accommodate the space, and alert the administrator when the number of administrators reaches the maximum number of occupants.This tracking function supports large spaces (such as auditoriums, stadiums, conference halls, etc.)
Through the sub-lists in the event check-in/check-out, the administrator can choose from the drop-down list of registered users, making it easier to generate absence reports based on registered participants. The sublist check-in function supports any type of classroom or meeting attendance with pre-registered attendees.
EPIC Track is an off-the-shelf solution that can perform online and offline access to EPIC Track Cloud Server through an Internet connection. The EPIC Track application is available on Apple and Android smartphones and is integrated with EPIC Track Server. Through a flexible and user-friendly interface, authorized personnel can choose from a variety of options in the administrator module to configure the tracking scheme and start using it in minutes. These management options also allow users to generate specific reports during or after the event. The data used to build the list in EPIC Track Server can come from existing ID systems, CSV files, BadgePass or other ODBC sources.
