Today, NeueHealth is the Bright Health Group (NYSE stock code:Borg), announced the completion of the acquisition of a majority stake in Centrum Medical Holdings, LLC (“Centrum”) to expand its comprehensive care delivery model. Centrum Medical Holdings, LLC (“Centrum”) is a value-based and primary care provider Of care delivery business. With this acquisition, NeueHealth now owns and/or manages 78 affiliated risk-taking clinics and serves approximately 160,000 medical insurance, commercial, and Medicaid patients under value-based arrangements. In addition, the company plans to introduce its integrated care delivery model to Texas and North Carolina.
