Highland Income Fund announces regular monthly distributions – QNT Press Release

DALLAS, Feb. 1, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Highland Income Fund (NYSE:Hydrofluoric acid) (“HFRO” or the “Fund”) today announced a regular monthly distribution of $0.0770 per share of its common stock. The distribution will be paid on February 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2022.

The Fund is a closed-end fund managed by Highland Capital Management Fund Advisors, LP (the “Manager”). The Fund will achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in the following classes of securities and instruments: (i) floating rate loans and other securities deemed to be floating rate investments; (ii) securities or other securities directly or indirectly guaranteed by real estate investments in instruments (including real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), preferred stock, securities convertible into equity securities, and mezzanine debt); (iii) other instruments, including but not limited to secured and unsecured fixed-rate loans and corporate Bonds, distressed securities, mezzanine securities, structured products (including but not limited to mortgage-backed securities, mortgage obligations and asset-backed securities), convertible and preferred securities, stocks (public and private), and futures and options. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide a high level of current income consistent with capital preservation in the form of a registered fund. The Fund declares and pays investment income distribution on a monthly basis.
