High-income Securities Fund Company (New York Stock Exchange stock code:PCF) (“Fund”) announced today that the fund’s board of directors (“Board”) has declared dividends for the next three months in accordance with the fund’s management and distribution plan.
According to the fund’s management distribution plan, the fund intends to make monthly distributions to common shareholders at an annual interest rate of 10% (or 0.8333% per month) in 2022, based on the net asset value of the common shares of the fund of US$8.75 as of December 2021 Year 31.
