Hall of Fame Vacation Entertainment Company (“HOFV” or “Company”) (NASDAQ:Aerial Work Truck, HOFVW)), the only resort, entertainment and media company centered on the power of professional football, and the owner of the Hall of Fame Village supported by Johnson Controls (“Destination”), today announced that it has ended its financing for Constellation Excellence The center, the mixed office and retail part of the destination.

ERIEBANK and PACE Equities, LLC completed the financing of Constellation Center for Excellence. The financing includes senior construction debt provided by ERIEBANK and Property Assessed Clean Energy financing from PACE Equities, LLC.

These credit facilities will provide us with financial flexibility, allowing us to complete the construction of a large asset while other valuable components of the Hall of Fame Village, supported by Johnson Controls.
