TORONTO, May 25, 2022 /CNW/ – The Livmore High Park, one of GWL Realty Advisors’ newest residential communities, has achieved LEED® Gold Certification under the New Construction and Major Renovations (v2009) Green Building Rating System.

This LEED® Gold Certification is a testament to GWLRA’s commitment to sustainability within our portfolio. For this project, as with many others, energy efficiency was a top priority throughout the design and construction process.

To achieve LEED® Gold, the project team integrated several conservation measures into the design process which sets the building up for a 35% energy savings, 38% energy cost savings, and 50% greenhouse gas emissions reduction compared to a conventional purpose-built rental building of a similar size.
