Ferring Pharmaceuticals announced today that Frederik Paulsen will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors* and transfer to the position of Honorary Chairman. Lars Rebien Sørensen was appointed chairman of the board of directors. Jean-Frédéric Paulsen was also appointed as a member of the board of directors. All these changes will take effect immediately.
Mr. Paulsen has been Chairman of the Ferring Board of Directors since 1988. During Mr. Paulsen’s tenure, the company has achieved impressive growth and rapidly expanded into new markets, with operations in nearly 60 countries, and today’s revenue is close to 2 billion euros.
