(AWS), an Amazon.com, Inc. company (NASDAQ:Amazon), announcing that it has reached an agreement with Ferrari SpA to become its official cloud, machine learning and artificial intelligence provider. The two companies will work together to accelerate the pace of innovation throughout the Ferrari organization, including their road car department, GT competition, Ferrari Challenge and Scuderia Ferrari FORMULA 1 (F1) team. Ferrari will use AWS’ extensive and in-depth services and proven global infrastructure (including AWS Europe (Milan) region) to simplify the design and testing of its cars and provide customers with the most exciting driving experience possible. In addition, Scuderia Ferrari will use AWS to launch a digital fan interaction platform, through its mobile application, through exclusive, personalized content to attract hundreds of millions of fans around the world.
