Electric Last Mile, Inc. (“ELMS” or “Company”) today announced that its global leadership team has added eight new members in the fields of engineering, operations, marketing, business development, and sales. Georgette Borrego Dulworth joins the team as Vice President of Human Resources, Praveen Cherian as Vice President of Engineering, Chris Slesak as Director of Connected Vehicles/Telematics, Rudy Wang as Director of Vehicle Software, Eric Keipper as Executive Director of Vehicle Integration, and Jacqueline Siegel as Director of Battery , Sharon Dudley-Parham serves as Marketing Director, Adam Du serves as ELMS China Operations Director. These new members bring decades of leadership experience in the automotive industry and China’s electric vehicle market from companies such as Ford, General Motors and Bosch.

Georgette Borrego Dulworth, Vice President of Human Resources:
Ms. Borrego Dulworth joined ELMS and has more than 20 years of experience in human capital and legal affairs leadership. She used to be the Vice President of the Legal Department of Dematic, a subsidiary of the KION Group, and is also a leading supplier of integrated automation technology, software and services to optimize the supply chain. Prior to joining Dematic, Ms. Borrego Dulworth served as corporate legal counsel and North American Human Resources Director of MSX International, LLC, and FCA (now Stellattis) Talent Acquisition and Diversity Director. Ms. Borrego Dulworth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Laws degree from Wayne State University.
Pravin Cherian, Vice President, Engineering:
Mr. Cherian is an experienced global automotive executive with more than 20 years of change leadership in the automotive industry. He joined ELMS as Vice President of Engineering, bringing his experience in leading global engineering and project teams at Ford and its two joint ventures in China, where he worked for more than 10 years. In his most recent position, he served as the engineering director of Changan Ford and the chief engineer of Jiangling Motors Ford Transit. Early in his career, Mr. Cherian was responsible for the early Ford Fusion Hybrid and the first commercial electric vehicle in the United States. The 2010 Ford Transit Connect Electric was launched. Praveen Cherian graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Eric Keper, Executive Director of Vehicle Integration:
Eric Keipper is a successful vehicle development engineer and director with nearly 30 years of vehicle development experience. He joined ELMS as the executive director of vehicle integration, responsible for providing high-quality system and component integration, and efficient last-mile delivery solutions for the local market. Mr. Keipper has accumulated extensive experience in his career at General Motors, Chrysler/FCA, Karma Automotive, and most recently Pratt Miller Engineering. His voice on customer development process and technical product development focus consistently produces high-quality products that customers desire to buy and enjoy driving. Mr. Keipper focuses on establishing strategic partnerships and developing engineering tools and processes to achieve the desired product-centric results. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University, a master’s degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
Chris Slezak Director of Connected Vehicles/Telematics:
Mr. Slesak joined ELMS as the Director of Connected Vehicle Automotive/Telematics. Chris previously served as Director of Electric Vehicle OEM Business Unit and Head of Signal Transmission for Guardian Industries, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, and Managing Director of Road-iQ, a telematics and connectivity equipment and service organization specializing in vision systems. Commercial vehicle industry, Delphi Automotive Telematics Global Product Line Director. His early positions include leadership positions at Ford, Visteon and Hyundai. Mr. Slesak graduated with a master’s degree from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Michigan State University.
Rudy King, Director of Vehicle Software:
