Vancouver, British Columbia, January 8, 2022 (Global News Service)-Core One Labs Inc. (CSE: Cool), (Over-the-counter transactions: CLABF), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A3CSSU) (“Core one” or”company“) is pleased to announce that it has made progress in the biosynthesis of N,N-dimethyltryptamine (“DMT”) and has obtained approval from Health Canada to replace N,N-dimethyltryptamine (” DMT”) is added to the approved list of controlled substances under the existing license granted under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Law (“CDSA“) Dealer License (“license“), allowing its wholly-owned subsidiary Vocan Biotechnologies Inc. (“Vocan”) to research and produce biosynthetic psilocybin.
Vocan Biotechnologies Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received an updated license in the second half of 2021 and has now obtained approval to add DMT to its scope of license. The company Vocan Biotechnologies Inc. has further advanced its engineering and design optimization work in the proprietary manufacturing of API-level DMT. The company’s team of scientists in Vocan has been working to expand the psychedelic production pipeline to include DMT. Preliminary signs of design and engineering indicate that using the same recombinant enzyme fermentation platform used to produce API-grade siloxibin, Vocan scientists will be able to replicate its success in biosynthesis of siloxibin and announce the ability to produce large-scale production of stereochemically reasonable Biosynthesis of DMT.
The company is confident that replicating the historical development process of its successful biosynthesis of Psilocibin will allow its second biosynthetic psychedelic compound, DMT, to turn around faster. Following similar engineering and design processes may also increase the probability…
