Capstone Mining Corp. (“Capstone” or “Company”) (Toronto Stock Exchange:CS) Announcing that Mr. Seung Wan Shon has resigned from the board of directors of the company with immediate effect.
Mr. Shon was nominated as a member of the board of directors by Korea Resources Corporation and serves as a member of the Technology, Health, Environment, Safety and Sustainability Committee.
