Capstone announces change of board of directors


Capstone Mining Corp. (“Capstone” or “Company”) (Toronto Stock Exchange:CS) Announcing that Mr. Seung Wan Shon has resigned from the board of directors of the company with immediate effect.

Mr. Shon was nominated as a member of the board of directors by Korea Resources Corporation and serves as a member of the Technology, Health, Environment, Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr. George Brack, Chairman of the Board of Directors, commented: “On behalf of the Capstone Board of Directors, I would like to thank Mr. Shon for his valuable contributions during his tenure and wish him all the best in the future.”
