Rolling Meadows, Illinois, June 1, 2021 (Global News Agency) – Cambium Networks Corporation (NASDAQ:CMBM) (“Cambium”), the world’s leading provider of wireless network infrastructure, today announced that it has initiated the underwriting of the second public offering. Vector Cambium Holdings (Cayman), LP (“VCH, LP”) has sold 2,000,000 common shares. Owned by Vector Capital and some of its affiliates (referred to as “Vector Capital” together with VCH and LP). In addition, Vector Capital intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 shares of common stock at a public offer price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions.
Cambium will not sell any shares and will not receive any proceeds from such issuance.
JPMorgan Chase Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the main bookkeeper and underwriter representative for this issuance. Jefferies LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. will act as bookrunners for this issue.
