Morgan Evans, chief method development scientist at Agilex Biolabs, will participate in a comprehensive webinar titled Singlicate analysis on the Gyrolab platform with John Chappell, Director of Applications and Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific of Gyros Protein Technologies.

The theme of the webinar was inspired by the Agilex Biolabs poster presentation “Development and verification of Tocilizumab PK method individually and repetitively on the Gyrolab platform” published at the 13th EBF public seminar.

In the past few years, singlet analysis has become a hot topic in the field of LBA non-regulated and regulated bioanalysis. Many studies have shown that positive results have been achieved in repeat accuracy evaluation and PK/TK parameters.

Due to the high degree of automation and robustness of the instrument, Gyrolab has become the leader in single analysis of LBA technology.

This webinar will focus on the overall prospects of singlet analysis and discuss the use of Gyrolab technology through Agilex Biolabs case studies. It will also look at how lessons learned can inform the prospect of a single analysis on other technology platforms, while keeping in mind “speed to patients” to ensure the efficiency of bioanalytical laboratories.

Agilex Biolabs’ world-class laboratory is equipped with the most advanced equipment, including Gyrolab Xplore, MSD Quickplex 120, Luminex Magpix, BD FACSymphony A3 flow cytometer and the upcoming digital droplet quantitative real-time RT-PCR.

The company uses LC-MS/MS and immunoassay platforms to provide PK, immunogenicity (PD) and biomarker bioanalysis services for small molecules and biological agents.

Australian clinical trials are still open, and Agilex Biolabs is the designated basic service, so customers can ensure the continuity of research.

Agilex Biolabs has more than 120 employees, including 85 dedicated laboratory employees, and supports client pharmaceutical and biotech companies from the United States, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
