Sao Paulo, July 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – ACON Investments, LLC (“Aikang“), today announced that a subsidiary of ACON Latin America Opportunity Fund IV has completed the sale of its interest in the Conexão Group (“contact“Or”the company“) to Grain Management, LLC (“food“. Conexão uses fiber-to-the-home technology to provide high-speed Internet (“Fiber to the home“) Covering more than 450,000 households and 20,000 corporate customers in six states Brazil. Its services also include cable TV, telephone and IT services. Its infrastructure includes 13,500 kilometers of network, covering more than 1.4 million households.

Conexão operates in more than 100 cities in three major geographic clusters. As a result of ACON’s multi-year investment plan, the vast majority of its network is composed of FTTH.
