Conexão uses fiber-to-the-home technology to provide high-speed Internet (“Fiber to the home“) Covering more than 450,000 households and 20,000 corporate customers in six states Brazil. Its services also include cable TV, telephone and IT services. Its infrastructure includes 13,500 kilometers of network, covering more than 1.4 million households.
Conexão operates in more than 100 cities in three major geographic clusters. As a result of ACON’s multi-year investment plan, the vast majority of its network is composed of FTTH. These investments enable the company to achieve high Internet speeds and network capacity as well as fast response times. The Brazilian telecom regulator has awarded Conexão’s core subsidiary customer satisfaction award for six consecutive years.
