In previous years, I picked a lot of books that I wanted to read. I find it difficult for me to stick to this list because I always find many other books that I want to read, and the initial list made me feel a little guilty because I didn’t stick to it.
Instead of trying this method again, I will try something different in 2022: I will set a monthly reading goal. At the beginning of the month, I will pick a bunch of books that I want to read that month, and I will concentrate on reading those books throughout the month.
In this way, I can make room for many new books or new books that I discover throughout the year. In addition, in the months when I know that many things happen, I can choose fewer books to read.
This is my book list for January and why I choose each book title. (Note: Being included in this list does not mean that I recommend or endorse this book, because I have not read it! So please make your own decision to read and find my weekly book review posts, and listen to my comments on each title Real thoughts!)
