I had some leftover ham in the fridge last week that I made ham and beans, so I pulled it out and made our favorite– Ham and Cheese Pockets.

The next night, there was still a bit of ham, so I made scrambled eggs with ham, onion, and cheese, and we had homemade mini waffles.

I’ve found some great markdowns at the grocery store this week – including eggs, turkey wings, yogurt, bread, bananas, canned goods and a pumpkin pancake mix! The total price of all my groceries is $64.

Now that I’ve got the eggs and bread down, I think we’ll have French toast sometime next week.I bought chocolate chips to make Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins.

The pumpkin spice pancake mixes are only $0.37 each, so I figured we might have breakfast for two nights of the week this week—especially since we had breakfast sausage in the fridge not too long ago!

For several years, people have suggested that I should Join TikTok and post there. I rejected it because I wasn’t sure what to post. But some of my online friends suggested that I repurpose some of the content I posted on Instagram Stories for TikTok. So I just started posting two days ago and am having fun trying it out!

I love it when I find bananas tagged!

I freeze them for banana bread, banana muffins and smoothies!

I’m finally feeling great during my pregnancy (I’m 17 weeks today!) and can eat my daily salad for lunch again! ! Yeah!

I made roasted turkey wings using the marked turkey wings I got. We serve them mashed potatoes and green beans and it feels like Thanksgiving in January!
