Last week at a glance

Here we are Nanny champion Twice last week, his mother was working. We found that babies like to play with empty Easter eggs! They took the longest time to open them and try to put them back in place!

If you Follow me on Instagram, You know I eat a salad at lunch every day, with bread and butter on it. This is a habit I started a few years ago, it just got stuck! I like to use what we have on hand to bring interesting changes!

Kaitlynn used some of her Curly Girl products on Kierstyn-Kierstyn thinks water spray is definitely the best choice! She has been begging us to do it again!

Did you see my book Love-centered parenting, Can it be used as an audiobook now? Many people are finding it for free in the libraries of Hoopla or Libby apps.

Silas turned 12 last week! !

Therefore, of course he got the equipment of the Kansas City Chiefs! (If you are a novice here, we are originally from Kansas and are a loyal supporter of chiefs and royals). )

Champ is not sure what he would think when he visited Baby D for the first time, but now he is a big fan and loves to hug him and try to help take care of him. The cutest!

The champion is also a big fan of the broomstick. He always wanted to take the big broom out of the pantry and try to sweep the kitchen floor! I need to give him a child-sized broom!

Silas, happy twelfth birthday! You are a gift from our family!

In the past year, I have been watching you from becoming a child of our family to a caring and confident big brother. You have learned how to give a bottle, change a diaper, dress a baby, make a fuss about the baby at ease, and how to deal with reflux (because we are sure there are many things here!). I like that the first thing you do almost every morning is to enter our room to check the babies and make them good morning if they wake up. The three babies adore you very much.

I like all the in-depth conversations that you have encountered in your beliefs on various topics. You have such wise insights and major issues. You always make me think!

I love the way God makes you a strong leader, but I also like watching you learn to use kindness and compassion to alleviate this emotion. You are a loyal friend and deeply care for others.

Your sports card/eBay business started to take off this year, and your aggressiveness makes me even more excited! You are always learning, thinking and trying new things-it starts to really pay off! From all the content you shared with me, I have learned a lot about eBay and sports cards, and I can’t wait to know how this will develop in the future.

In the past year, I am so mature in your opinion. You have passed the sadness of saying goodbye to Champ, which gives you more sympathy and compassion for others. You make mistakes and own them like a man. You had a hard conversation. You bought something for the loser. When others get an opportunity you really like, you will cheer for them. And you have faced fear with bravery and courage.

Most importantly, I love to observe your heart for God and your desire to seek him and honor him with your own life-even if it is not welcome.

I am proud of you and love you beyond your imagination.

I have to host some ladies from the foster care support group to spend a fun evening where they can talk, laugh and deepen their understanding. I thank these women for the gifts in my life!

We now spend a lot of time on the court.

Kierstyn has been practicing her walking and just moved up and down the sidewalk during Saturday’s baseball game.

She also likes to raise our friend’s dog (although she is not sure what to do when being licked by a dog!)

I tried these nail presses instead of the usual infiltrants. So far, I am impressed!

Silas and some of his friends had a birthday party in the local trampoline park. Girls like to go together!

Then, this week ended with a quick visit from my mother and youngest brother Zachary. He graduated from Peking University (BJU) on Friday, and he and my mother drove back to Kansas. They turned around for a while, it was great to see them!

I am very happy to see my mom on Mother’s Day weekend, because this usually doesn’t happen!

My mother is one of the most selfless people I know.Sometimes I want to know if she is asleep… She has been thinking about other people before herself, looking for ways to bless and encourage others, stay up late or get up early to pray for someone or write letters of encouragement to them

One of my earliest childhood memories is to wake up at 4 or 4:30 in the morning to drink water, and then find my mother reading the Bible and praying in the family room.

Thank you for your role model for me, mom! I am very grateful to you and love you too!
