Jif Peanut Butter Recall: Check Your Jars!

[ad_1]

Jif has issued a voluntary recall of select jars of peanut butter due to potential Salmonella contamination.

Since we have posted Jif Peanut Butter Deals multiple times in the past few months, we wanted to let you know to check your jars! Just go HERE and check the chart for the specific jar, UPC code, and lot number 1274425 – 2140425 (found next to the “best by” date on the jar).

Your jar is *only* affected if that specific lot number 1274425 – 2140425 is on your jar. I checked mine and they all had different lot numbers and were safe, so definitely be sure to check carefully before throwing them out!

Several readers have emailed in about this and said that Amazon was willing to give them a refund for their purchase. So if you bought the Jif Peanut Butter Amazon deal and your jars are affected, we suggest contacting Amazon to see if you can get a refund .
