Get rich slowly

Yesterday, a new “get rich slowly” subscriber emailed me to remind me of two issues.

• First, all the free resources I shared on Google Drive magically changed from publicly available to private.
• Second, the automatic email sequence for new readers is broken (which means that people don’t receive Money Boss Manifesto).

Fixing the email sequence requires some work. It doesn’t take much effort to make it work again, but when I mess around there, I might as well modify it. The information and examples are five years old. (At the same time, the current version Money Boss Manifesto It can be downloaded here. )

However, repairing shared documents on Google Drive is easy. They should be publicly visible again. If they are not, please let me know.

This seems to be a good time to remind readers Get rich slowly exist.

The GRS file library contains a lot of free resources that I have collected over the years. Some of these resources come from me, but most of them come from other people. All content in the file library is free and legal and can be shared.

What cool things can you find in the “Get Rich Slowly” archive? The following are some of the content currently available.

• Money Boss Manifesto, This 87-page e-book summarizes the methods and philosophy of getting rich slowly. This is the same information that you would disseminate in various articles on this website.This is also a working draft My audio course.
• Money boss method,This is an One page Version of GRS method and philosophy. It is basically an overview of modern methods of financial freedom.
• this A hundred words I created a poster in 2013 in collaboration with my friend Lisa.This is a short list of guides designed to help I Live a happier life. Others wanted a copy, so I added it to the file library.
• One-page PDF with exercises designed to help you create Your personal mission statement.
• For my article The six stages of financial freedom, I shared a picture that summarized the path from financial dependence to financial enrichment.At the request of the public, I created PDF version of the roadmap.

Future plan

Now Jin and I have settled Our uncertain future, Now that we have moved to Corvallis, unpacked our luggage, and started to adapt to our new life, I found that I once again have the time and motivation to publish articles on Getting Rich Slowly.

But I don’t want to expect too much! I don’t want to make 3,000-word articles on deep topics. Instead, I found myself wanting to pursue three different aspects of the website.

• First of all, I want to devote most of my time and energy to creating an online textbook that I think is about personal finance. This is basically an organized collection of the most important and useful articles on this website, and it will really be organized like a textbook. So, for example, I might combine many “getting out of debt” articles that I have written over the years into a clear article on how to get out of debt.
• Secondly, I want to create a personal financial resource library. I have dozens of book reviews on this site, but there is no organized way to view them. I don’t make a lot of personal financial product reviews, but I want to do more. (Or, to be more precise, let my business partner Tom do this.) Wait.
• In the end, I hope that most of my “new” articles (as opposed to the “old”, revised version of the “textbook”) are short records of interesting stories I found online. Amazon manipulates its search results? surprising! What makes work meaningful? think Pursue the happiness of childhood? These are things that GRS readers might be interested in, but they are not worth a 3000-word article, did you know?

In any case, I hesitate to share these plans because I know that I have a bad track record of actually following my intentions recently. (So, there is no need to remind me, haha.) But when I think about what I want to do with “getting rich slowly”, these are my main goals.
