Whenever I see a new and interesting snack product in the grocery store, I always like to check the ingredients to see if it matches Real foodI mean, cooking from scratch is ideal, but if there is a shortcut, I totally agree! For two hungry teenagers, the fewer snacks I make (and clean up) myself, the better. There are only so many hours in a day!

Not all of these healthy packaged snacks contain Five or less complete ingredients, But many are close to or contain extra content that is not offensive. I do wish this ingredient list was shorter/better, but why is it hard to find good whole wheat pretzels? ?I still like Unique brand whole wheat pretzels (And their ingredients), but sometimes your kids just want a thin pretzel stick that looks ordinary, not a big horn twist as big as their hand.
