The Minneapolis police issued a statement saying that the police are pursuing a carjacking suspect who was involved in multiple robberies. While pursuing the suspect, their vehicle collided with another car. According to reports, the police involved were seriously injured, but not life-threatening. Unfortunately, the driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol will investigate the crash.
