Pooh Shiesty’s lawyers filed a new motion this week. The victim, Frivin Dor, testified under oath, “claiming that he was taking strong painkillers and did not know that he spoke to the police when they first spoke. What did you say.” According to reports, Dior has records that he received the powerful opioid painkiller Dilaudid when he arrived at the hospital on the night of the shooting, which made him forget what he told the detectives.
