‘Queen & Slim’ star Jodie Turner-Smith and’Dawson’s Creek’ alumni Joshua Jackson tied the knot in December 2019 and welcomed a baby girl together! Although the two are very open to their relationship, Joshua recently disclosed how their bond formed.
Joshua appeared on the “Tonight Show” and revealed that he was pretty sure that he and Judy were destined to be the moment she proposed to him. Yes, you are right. Joshua said that Judy proposed to him during the New Year’s Eve in Nicaragua.
“She asked me, yes, on New Year’s Eve,” Joshua said. “We are in Nicaragua. Very beautiful. Incredibly romantic. We are walking along the beach and she proposes to me. There is a preface. There is a lead. I don’t know, but she is very determined. She is right. This is me. The best choice ever made.”
Earlier this year, Judy told people She and Joshua are “like mirrors for each other” and love and support each other in various ways.
“I think it’s really nice to be with a person who is so supportive and caring. We are very similar in many ways. We are like mirrors to each other. I really love that person. We have been high-fiving each other and discussing us What a great choice.”
Judy recently wrote a heartfelt message to her husband, in which she expressed what a great father and husband he is to her and their children.
“I thank God every day for letting you hold both of us in powerful and capable hands. You are loved. You are worshipped. You are the best father, husband and friend. Thank you for waiting for us,” Judy wrote Tao.
Joshua went on to tell Jimmy Fallon that he loves his life as a husband and father, and thinks he has done “very well” in both roles.
