The show is described as centering on Charlamagne’s natural abilities, with a “culturally fluent view of social issues”, along with sketching, interviews, and “social experiments.”
Speaking of his new attempts at late night television, Charlamagne said this:

“Tha God’s Honest Truth” is produced by celebrities such as “Boondocks” creator Aaron McGruder and “The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert. McGruder expressed his admiration for Charlamagne and the upcoming show.
