Asian Doll assured the fans that it was not wrong that she did not participate in this year’s BET Awards, even though she said that she knew that fans “(used) to see me.”
On Monday morning, Queen Feng interacted with fans on Twitter, and fans questioned why she did not participate in this year’s celebration.
One fan said that the rapper may have been deliberately excluded, but Asian dolls quickly clarified this.
“I think @AsianDaBrattt has the biggest female rap song and should be nominated,” the fan wrote. “Fuck the chart. At this point, the mfs behind the scenes are annoying. #NUNNADETS**T.”
The Asian made it clear that the decision not to participate in the 2021 BET Awards was her own decision, and she pointed out other things in response to her loyal fans.
“I don’t want to attend this year’s awards ceremony,” she began to tweet. “I know you are all used to seeing me, I will go next year, just for you.”
Asian doll did not reveal why she chose not to go, and she does not necessarily owe anyone an explanation, but her lack of details made some people wonder whether she was invited to the award ceremony.
“If you haven’t received an invitation, that’s okay,” one roommate wrote.
“I have never seen her…but see you next time,” another said.
Asian Doll chose not to applaud these jokes. It must have shown some growth, because sis uses Twitter to finger quickly.
Asia seems to have really been focusing on her music career and trying to get some heavyweights in the industry to take notice. Back to March, Asian Doll expressed interest in signing with Yo Gotti’s record company.
We are sure that if she continues to work hard, she will participate in the awards ceremony next year.
