“We are happy for Pirlo”-Chiellini’s proud Juventus achieved “impossible results” in the first year as manager

Giorgio Chiellini said that Juventus players are happy for the first-year manager Andrea Pirlo after qualifying for the Champions League and defeating Bologna on Sunday. The senior defender believes that Pirlo’s job is “not easy” and believes that some of the criticisms of the boss are harsh.

Dramatic final match day

Juventus needed help on Sunday and were helped by a draw between Naples and Verona, which pushed Bianconeri to fourth place. Elsewhere, AC Milan beat Atlanta to get runner-up.

In addition to qualifying for the UEFA Champions League, Juventus also won the Italian Champions League in the final stage of the season.
