Mr. Hubbard has more than 15 years of community management experience. He has held various positions, including community association manager and general manager of large associations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of operations for Associa in Northern California. Mr. Hubbard’s extensive customer service skills and a deep understanding of community management and the operation of the association’s board of directors have been an integral part of the success of the branch. In his new position as branch president, he will focus on the daily operations of the branch, business development, customer growth, and staff training and retention.

He is also a member of the Legislative Support Committee (LSC) and is their liaison with the California State Legislative Action Committee. He has served as a guest speaker at several CAI education forums and Associa Board education seminars.
