BERLIN, Jan. 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The German internet industry association eco announces that BigchainDB, a founding member of Ocean Protocol with extensive expertise in providing data services to private businesses and public organizations, has won 3 tenders for Gaia -X is organized by the operational implementation. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) will provide around 13.5 million euros in funding for the entire project until autumn 2022.
The approach proposed by BigchainDB for the GXFS tender is based on the requirements set by the Gaia-X community and published in the technical specification.Core functionality is already in A minimal viable Gaia-X demonstrator. The Ocean Protocol stack provides Gaia-X with the tools to build a decentralized network that is completely open, transparent, interoperable, lock-free, and automatically checks consistency and trust.
