Company to provide administration, claims management and assessment services for over 360,000 group and individual policies under new 10-year contract
LTCGA leading provider of long-term care (LTC) insurance management and claims solutions, has just announced that it has been awarded a new 10-year contract to provide management and claims management services to CNAs. LTCG has administered all of CNA’s individual LTC policies since 2005, but will now add more than 200,000 group policies to the expanded scope of the agreement.
These CNA policyholders will be supported by a wide range of services provided by LTCG, including the company’s core products, namely policy administration, claims and care administration, and benefit eligibility assessment. As LTC insurance claims have grown significantly in recent years, companies like CNA have also benefited from LTCG’s additional features designed to better manage risk, such as fraud analysis and investigation services and health solutions designed to help policyholders age-appropriate.
