Cummins paused the festivities and motioned for Khawaja to come over for the festivities, postponing the drinking to ensure he was included.

One Twitter user rightly pointed out that it was “absolutely first-rate” by Cummins. “When you win your first Ashes series as captain, it’s easy to get caught and not even notice,” the tweet read.

With this gesture, he has won fans all over the world.
