Not many Indian cricket players have made great progress in Australia, but Gurinder Sandhu has managed to make his mark over the years. Sandhu became the only cricket player in the Australian A-level cricket competition to perform two hat-tricks in the A-level cricket competition. He performed a third professional hat-trick in Thursday’s game.
In the game between the Sydney Thunder and the Perth Heat, Sandu performed a hat-trick in two rounds. In the first game of Scorchers, he first got rid of Colin Munro in the final goal of the 12th game. The New Zealand batsman missed a high-altitude shot and hit it directly for additional screens.
He got the ball again in the 16th quarter to get rid of Aaron Hardy and Laurie Evans to complete a three-pointer. In the face of a hat-trick ball, Evans swung wildly and pushed the ball behind the wicket, and the goalkeeper remained alert to the whirlpool before finishing receiving the ball.

In the history of the Big Bash League, three wickets for three consecutive pitches is a rare feat, and only four bowlers have done it in the past. Xavier Doherty is the first cricket player in the history of this event to perform a hat trick on behalf of the Hobart Hurricanes (2012/13 season). Andrew Tye became the second person to do this (2016/17), so a few years later, soon, he became the first cricket player to perform two hat tricks in the BBL (2017/18).
Rashid Khan Members of the Adelaide Forwards and Haris Rauf of the Melbourne Stars are other cricket players who have achieved this result before.

The Scorchers are hosting an excellent game, and their only defeat before Thursday was a reversal in today’s conflict. Back that day, Sam Billings created an amazing half a century, driving the Thunder to a 34-game winning streak, and Sandhu caused destruction in this game. He returned with a 4/22 stat, limiting the Scorchers to only 133 of their 18 passes (rain interruption reduced the game to 18 passes per side).
