Vancouver, British Columbia, December 31, 2021 (Global News Service)-HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (TSX.V: HIVE) (NASDAQ:Supersonic) (FSE:HBF) (“company” or”honeycomb“) announced that it has submitted today the revised annual information form for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021 (“AIF“). The company made the following changes to AIF, including:
- The date of updating AIF and the disclosure applicable to major change reports submitted by the company and documents incorporated into AIF by reference;
- Strengthen the disclosure of the company’s business description and overall development;
- Strengthen the disclosure of cryptocurrency custody services employed by the company;
- Strengthen the disclosure of the company’s major transaction summary; and
- Provide executive compensation statements for the year ended March 31, 2021.
The Securities Commission of British Columbia requested revisions as part of its review of the company’s revised and restated short-term basic shelf prospectus, which revised and reiterated the short basic shelf prospectus dated January 27, 2021.
