Greenwich, Connecticut, December 29, 2021 (Universal News Service) – from New media line—— Aetherium Acquisition Corp., a newly established blank check company (“Company”) incorporated in Delaware, announced today that its initial public offering (“IPO”) is priced at 10 million shares and the issue price is 10.00 per share. U.S. dollars, each unit of which consists of one class A common stock and one redeemable warrant. Each redeemable warrant gives its holder the right to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
These units are expected to be traded on the Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) starting December 30, 2021, under the stock code “GMFIU”. The company expects that the initial public offering will end on January 3, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. Once the securities of the constituent units start to trade separately, Class A common stocks and warrants are expected to be traded on the Nasdaq under the symbols “GMFI” and “GMFIW”, respectively.
