Update the share repurchase plan ForFarmers
ForFarmers NV (ForFarmers) repurchased 479,111 shares between December 20, 2021 and December 24, 2021.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of 3.95 euros per share, for a total amount of 1,890,573 euros. These repurchases are based on the authorization of a maximum of 10% of ForFarmers shares and a share repurchase plan of up to 50 million euros granted by the ForFarmers Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2021, such as 1 December 2021.
So far, the total number of shares repurchased under these plans is 1,746,119 shares for a total amount of 6,811,573 euros.
