Numab Therapeutics AG (Numab) and 3SBio (“3SBio”, HKEx code: 1530) today announced that 3SBio’s subsidiary Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Sunshine Guojian”) exercised its choice The right to obtain an exclusive regional license for the development and commercialization of NM28, a potential best-in-class bivalent mesothelin (MSLN) targeting CD3 T cell cement.
According to the cooperation terms of the existing relationship established by the two parties in 2019, Sunshine Guojian will have the exclusive rights to develop and commercialize NM28 in the Greater China region (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Numab reserves the rights to NM28 in the rest of the world.
