Westport, Conn., July 26, 2021 (Global News Service)–Williams Rowland Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) is a newly formed blank cheque company incorporated as a Delaware company, Co-CEO David “Tiger” led Williams and Jonathan Rowland today announced that their initial public offering of 20,000,000 units will be priced at an issue price of US$10.00 per unit, each unit including one share of the company’s common stock and one redeemable Return half of the warrants. Each full warrant will give its holder the right to purchase one common share at a price of $11.50 per share. The company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional units at the initial public offering price to make up for the over-allotment (if any). These units are expected to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“New York Stock Exchange”) starting July 27, 2021, under the ticker symbol “WRACU”.
