Singapore, July 25, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – Cyberdyne Tech Exchange (CTX) said today that its digital exchange will soon launch a cross-border transaction of its proprietary carbon neutral token (CNT), which will be exchanged by the world’s largest carbon Market China’s carbon credits to provide support.
CTX has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with three Chinese entities to issue and promote the issuance of carbon nanotubes supported by carbon credits, green infrastructure and real estate projects, and insurance products, which are packaged as collective investment under the Singapore regulatory system plan.
The patent-pending CNT is a digital representation of one ton of carbon credits. The latter is a tradable certificate that allows its holder to emit one ton of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases. Companies with any unwanted credits can sell them to others who need them; or they can pay for green projects elsewhere to offset their own emissions.
The three Chinese entities are CECEP Green Carbon Investment Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP), a subsidiary of China Jinmao Holdings, Jinmao Capital, and China Taiping Insurance Singapore.
