Tory Lanez rarely hears bad news, but he announced an unfortunate news to his fans on Thursday night.
Tori revealed on Twitter that his grandmother had recently passed away. Although Tory did not reveal any details about her death, he sent a tweet to commemorate her.
“Um… my grandmother just passed away yesterday… wtf person,” he said.
Although many fans expressed their condolences to Tory and his family, others criticized the way he announced the news, even mentioning Megan West Steelion.
“He was even indifferent to the news of his grandmother’s death. Damn it,” a fan commented.
“You still think he is innocent in Meg’s situation, don’t you? See how he tells you that his mother is dead. Obviously he is DGAF,” another commenter said.
“Some people say that this was his karma for shooting Megan, and you just showed your karma for no reason for some likes,” another comment wrote. “His grandmother has nothing to do with Megan’s feet. Rest in peace, her menstrual period.”
In addition to tragedy, Tori has been expressing love and support to his fans and other artists. He even participated in the Mariah The Scientist show in Atlanta on Friday night.
