Geneva (Reuters)-The United Nations Human Rights Council approved a resolution on Tuesday expressing deep concern about abuses in the Tigray region of Ethiopia and calling on the Eritrean army to withdraw quickly and verifiably, saying it “intensified the conflict.”
The text proposed by the EU was passed with 20 votes in favour, 14 against and 13 abstentions.
