Wow! DaBaby was out on weekends and found that he was giving math lessons to some of his young fans because they were busy! When DaBaby pulled out his bank deposits to help them, he found two young fans selling candy and seeking donations.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, DaBaby asked these young people what type of donations they were looking for and how much they wanted per box. Baby was shocked to hear that they wanted $200 per box! The young man explained that they sell each pack of candy for $2, and DaBaby’s math is not math.
“Give them 2 dollars? So how did the 200 dollars come from? Let’s count them,” DaBaby said. “How much is 34 times 2 my child? It’s not 200 dollars, my child.”
DaBaby did buy sweets from these young people and gave them $2 each, but when he returned to his bus, he explained that he also sold sweets when he was a kid!
“You have to use your head, I will bless you, but you try to play me,” he said. “Now you get 2 dollars, you will get 200 dollars. I used to sell candies. I know what happened. I sold candies in middle school.”
Although some fans believe that DaBaby should give the boys money, others believe that principles are more important than coins and boys should be honest about pricing.
“It’s about the course,” commented a fan. “Don’t try to forget others. Honestly, you will get more in the long run… You can see that he is old-fashioned and we need to see this more. Go out and work. It’s easy.
