Donell Jones, Carl Thomas and Dave Hollister form a new R&B portfolio

Please don’t call it a comeback! Just when there seems to be no male R&B band, some Chicago natives are seeking to change the current narrative of R&B music. Carl Thomas, Dave Hollister and Donell Jones are the people we want to thank them for running it back!

The singers are no strangers to the R&B industry and issued a major announcement on Saturday. Donel Jones announced on his Instagram that the trio had created a new super group called “The Chi” to commemorate their hometown of Chicago.

Everyone collectively created songs that have become eternal classics in culture. Without some “re-examination” of Donell’s 1999 hit song “Where I Want to Go”, good R&B cannot be mentioned. The following year, Carl put down “I Hope” and Dave’s national anthem “A Woman Man” together. These three songs still keep pace with the times! More than 10,000 fans of R&B singers left in our comments.

Entrepreneur Miss Brin Miami walked into the shaded room and commented: “Oh my God, this is a professional. A real super group. I can’t wait!” Another roommate commented and proposed the previous R&B combination TGT“This will be great. I miss men who used to grab the air in music videos and sing their hearts out loud. Hope this is not another Tank, Ginuwine and Tyrese.”

If you remember, the men of TGT got together in 2007 and released their first album “Three Kings” in 2013. This album performed well and ranked first on the top R&B/Hip-Hop album charts. Although the team was successful, it did not last long. Unfortunately, the group disbanded in 2015.
