Johannesburg, July 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE listing requirements, shareholders have been informed that Mr. Paul Victor has notified the company that he will step down as the chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director of Sasol Limited on June 30, 2022.
The shareholders were also informed that Mr. Hanré Rossouw, who is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited (RBPlat), was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Sasol to replace Mr. Paul VictorHanley will join Sasol on April 4, 2022 and will succeed Paul as executive director and chief financial officer on July 1, 2022.
