AB-729, 60 mg administered every 8 weeks, reached an average HBsAg drop of -1.87 log10 IU/mL at the 44th week, which is equivalent to 60 mg administered every 4 weeks

AB-729 caused 75% of treated subjects to drop HBsAg below 100 IU/ml, and increased HBV-specific immune responses in 3/5 of evaluable subjects

AB-729 causes a reduction in HBV RNA and all HBsAg isoforms, indicating a wide range of targets involved

AB-729 continues to show good safety and tolerability characteristics after 48 weeks of administration

AB-836 preclinical data show that compared with the previous generation of capsid inhibitors, it has the potential to improve efficacy and enhance drug resistance

The conference call and webcast are scheduled for Monday, June 28, 2021 at 8 a.m. Eastern Time
