Wow, bold! An Ohio man faces charges of burglary for making counterfeit money in a strip club.
According to a WTRF report, the police said that Darryl Cowan Jr. fled after beating a dancer with fake money at That 1 Place Gentleman’s Club.
The dancer told the police that Little Cowan gave her a counterfeit bill of $100 and $50. According to the police report, when her sister was interested in the ridiculous money, she told the police that she and another customer confronted Cowan Jr. and he beat another customer.
According to reports, the dancer then said that she jumped on the man and hit him in the face with a hammer.
But wait, there is more!
According to reports, Little Cowan allegedly took off with the dancer’s car key and ran into the back door of a nearby house. The police later found him in that house.
The officials claimed that Cowan Jr. was drunk and told them the owner let him in, but the woman who owned the house said that when people ran over and shouted that someone was inside, she was warned that someone had run into her house.
One of her neighbors searched it and said he had found Little Cowan in a room, lying on the bed.
The report stated that the police searched him and found the key to the dancer’s car. Cowan Jr. told the police officer that he did not know where the key came from or who it belonged to.
The police also noticed that there were Chinese characters on the two counterfeit banknotes.
Cowan Jr. was later imprisoned in Trumbull County Jail on charges of burglary related to the incident.
The police seized counterfeit banknotes and a bag of marijuana from Cowan Jr. These items were recorded.
