The document continues to state that “the plaintiff and the defendant jointly report that they have agreed to settle their claims in the aforementioned lawsuit.” The terms of the settlement have been disclosed, and the settlement is still awaiting approval by the court.
Vanessa filed a lawsuit against the company last year, and Ara Zobayan’s estate was listed as a defendant in the negligent death lawsuit.
Documents submitted by Vanessa’s legal team show that all affected families are part of the settlement.
