Mitsubishi Electric launches industrial T series 2.0kV IGBT modules

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (you:6503) Today announced the upcoming launch of its T series 2.0kV industrial insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module, which is the world’s first IGBT1 2.0kV withstand voltage, June 30. This module is very suitable for improving efficiency and reducing the size of renewable energy power converters. Due to the increasing use of renewable energy power sources, there is a great demand for these converters. The module will be exhibited at the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) 2021 Virtual Expo from June 15th to 16th.
