The plan will focus on initiatives related to the recruitment, development and promotion of professionals at all levels. Deborah Baker Will rejoin the company, lead these tasks as a partner and lawyer development director, and work closely with the company’s leadership.
The plan will include short-term and long-term plans related to onboarding, training, integration, health, company culture, business development, and legal skills training. Ms. Baker will work with the company’s leadership to establish a focused track for employees to build relationships, understand the path to cooperation, and align with mentors.

In addition to serving as the Director of Lawyer Development, Ms. Baker is also a partner in the Greenspoon Marder Litigation Practice Group. She served as a partner of the company from 2016 to 2019, focusing on legal practice in the field of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the field of commercial and real estate litigation. Ms. Baker has extensive experience in jury and non-jury trials and has successfully handled appeals in state and federal courts. She has represented listed companies and private companies in various corporate litigation matters, and successfully tried complicated shareholder derivative litigation through trials.
