Thomas Tuchel hopes Chelsea has a long-term future, After being appointed as Frank Lampard’s successor, he signed an 18-month contract.

“For me, it feels like [a club for the long-term]”, Tuchel told CBS Sports. “I don’t want to hide and play games. It feels like I’m in the perfect position at the perfect time. I feel very, very good.

“I hope so, but I know we have to deliver. It’s about time, not only about the results of the time, but also about the chemistry, the time, the team. Everything feels very, very good now.

Since picking up the baton put down by the blues legend Frank Lampard, Tuchel has made Chelsea more stable.

Tuchel added: “So far, every week and after every game, it’s almost always a problem. It’s a story and we have to go all out to improve. This may be the toughest one because in the end this It’s about conversion.

“It is still not easy to let players know and maintain confidence, because forwards depend on their success and they need to feel successful. We are working hard. This is of course a huge challenge.”
